New CSS, lots of bugs

Testing the new CSS, still have lots of bugs but need it in action this week to knock them all out. The comments box isn’t rendering the right size, and the actual comments themselves are really narrow in column, but we should have those fixed today. The search box has been disabled, and the archives are messy, but overall it should render quickly and work well from most browsers, including mobile ones.
